Perched atop the 36th floor of Sky Garden, Darwin Brasserie serve modern British classics.

The newly constructed Sky Garden contains three beautifully landscaped public gardens and is now host to Darwin Brasserie, a contemporary and elegant restaurant with stunning views of the cityscape.

A sweeping bar wraps around the modern furnishings, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a breath-taking view. Its understated charm makes it the perfect hangout spot for a lavish Brunch, though it retains the high-quality feel of a fine-dining restaurant with sparkling glassware, a muted colour palette and welcoming staff.

Breakfast at Darwin Brasserie is a luxurious experience. Start off with a smoothie or juice and something for the table - from a muffin basket to charcuterie and cheese. With signature Breakfast classics or a variety of eggs, guests can also opt for something sweet such as a buttermilk pancake stack with caramelised banana, nutella and roasted hazenuts. Why not treat yourself to a cocktail with Breakfast for an extra special experience.

The Weekend Brunch menu offers a choice of main courses, including roast sirloin of Hereford beef and Yorkshire pudding, or gorgonzola gnocchi with walnuts and pear. With a range of starters and desserts to choose from, and an extensive wine list, this is a truly indulgent experience.

Sky Garden is close to Monument Station and easily accessible due to its central location, though the Thames is a short walk away for a post-Brunch stroll before you leave.

The Sky Garden in London was a truly memorable experience. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a modern and elegant atmosphere high above the city. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented, offering both quality and creativity. The service was exceptional — the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. The highlight, of course, is the breathtaking view. From the top of the building, you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of London’s skyline, including landmarks like the Shard, Tower Bridge, and the Thames. The combination of the lush indoor garden, stylish ambiance, and the incredible city view makes it a truly unique place to dine and relax. It’s definitely one of the must-visit spots in London for an unforgettable experience.

We had a very pleasant visit to the Sky Garden yesterday and we were delighted with all aspects of our afternoon. The building itself was spectacular from the outside and the ambience inside was much better than expected considering the large number of people visiting whilst we were there. Everything was calm and relaxed and all needs were catered for ie, very spacious lifts, clean toilets and plenty of room to look around without being stuck in a large crowd of people. The view from the top was amazing and we were lucky enough to have a beautiful sunny, clear day so we had the most magnificent view over London. The plants inside the Sky Garden were healthy and clearly well looked after - no weeds and plenty of feed and water. It was great to see these unusual plants growing so happily and we found the process for dealing with the fern which had grown too tall interesting, so thanks for sharing that with the public. Little bits of information like that also enhance the experience. Our meal was absolutely delicious and our waitress, Veronica, was so helpful and friendly and we were especially pleased to be offered vegan options - which is a non-negotiable life style choice for me.We had such a memorable visit and hope to be back when next we travel to London.
