Always a nice place to stay just for location alone, we had a suite 318 it was really nice only two things I’d be mean on - 1. Not the cleanest room with signs of being well used and poor maintenance repairs. 2. Breakfast wasn’t great. Wouldn’t hold me back from visiting again though.

Service very friendly and welcoming from staff. Decent location and not too far from centre. Decent price compared to rest of Edinburgh……large room and very comfortable bed. Bathroom a bit dated, could do with upgrading. Bar area lacks any real atmosphere and has a “cold empty” feel to it. Decent breakfast buffet.

Stayed here for 2 nights with breakfast. We stayed in the junior suite on the top floor. We lived the stay here and can’t wait to visit again. Had a small car park that was free. We left it there and went in to the city via the tram which was £3.80 return and the stop was less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The suite had its own coffee machine as well as a kettle, the tv had chrome cast so you could connect your device to it easily. Breakfast was served at 7 till 11 and had plenty of options too. Absolutely brilliant place
