Fantastic and decadent place for breakfast. They have gluten free options which was wonderful and the coffees were great. The place is spacious and bright thanks to the wall to wall windows, considerate decor, and clean! Service was considerate and quick and the food just seemed so lavish! I ordered french toast (gluten free) with caramelised bananas, and my family chose the pancakes. They won't heap up your plate but I guarantee you won't leave hungry because it's all so rich! It came quickly too.

We got brunch here on a Monday and it wasn't too busy. Staff were friendly and it was quick service. There's alot of choice on the menu, which is nice, and a couple of vegetarian options. The drinks were nice, but were a bit cold, and I overheard another table saying the same thing. Food was tasty and okay price. Location is good, a little further away from the main part of Edinburgh, and I think it's a more student area. Spacious inside, and toilets were clean. The cooked breakfast was nice, beans were a bit dry.

Am visiting Edinburgh & this place was highly recommended by my SIL who works nearby. Glad i came on the Monday morning. The 2 wait staff were very friendly & helpful, the cafe setting spacious, comfortable & clean and needless to say, the food... delicious! I ordered the avocado mushroom bacon toast with a cuppa hot latte. The serving size was generous & fueled my next 2 hours of shopping around town. Thank you to all the staff for the pleasant experience!
