Tonight we had dinner at Kyloe. We were passing by and the menu caught our eye. After giving it a brief look on Google for reviews we decided to check it out. Louise was our first point of contact and she became our main waitress. She was gracious, friendly and warmly congratulated us on our recent marriage, we had just gotten married on The Isle of Skye a few days prior. She showed us two tables to sit at, they were fully booked so we were very glad that she found a spot for us. We had the oysters which were fresh, meaty and briny. Delicious! We also had the ribeye which was cooked perfectly, medium rare. For dessert we got the S’mores and Smoked Pineapple and Passion Fruit Meringue. Both were fantastic but the standout for us was the Smoked Pineapple! Completely took us by surprise that we favoured that one. Thank you, to you and your team for making this Canadian couple’s first dinner out in Edinburgh so memorable.

Went for Sunday roast and very happy we did. The staff was engaging, knowledgeable and kind. Food and wine was good. Steak cooked how we like amd all sides were great. I loved horseradish sauce. The toffee pudding was spectacular. Would go back anytime for a meal

Chic restaurant with a upscale, yet laid-back feel. Staff were so so friendly and lovely to interact with. We got the Beef Wellington Sunday Roast (requires reservation 48hr in advance) and it was to die for. Highly recommend this place! What a great way to spend Easter :)
