Cote Dorchester is a charming French inspired bistro located on Eldridge Street and is open from breakfast right through until dinner, catering for a Bruncher's every need.

Their Breakfast menu is an extensive mix ranging from light options such as a simple croissant or fruit salad to cooked breakfast classics such as Eggs Benedict and continental twists such as Crepe Complète with shaved Gruyere cheese. Côte follow the mantra that breakfast is better when boozy and you can upgrade to add a mimosa and Bloody Mary

Their French Sunday lunch menu is an equally eclectic affair, created with a unique twist exclusively for two to share. Choose from corn-fed marinated chicken or sirlion steak (16oz), served with Comté & thyme ‘Yorkshire puddings’, crispy confit potatoes, gratin Provençal, tenderstem broccoli, lemon & herb aioli and peppercorn sauce.

Cote Brasserie is located right in the heart of this historic Roman town, just a five minute walk away from both Dorchester West and Dorchester South train stations.

It's a busy spot so be sure to book your place in advance!

Absolutely fantastic place! Food was of very good quality and you could tell everything was cooked from fresh. Me and my other half felt very welcome and the staff were very friendly, this will definitely be a one of our regular places!

We have always liked coming to Cote and the food had been delicious. Lovely French menu. Have been at least 5 times with a variety of friends and family. Last time (June 2025) however we noticed the menu had completely changed… many favourites had been removed. And the quality had significantly deteriorated. The bread used to be fabulous, French style and fresh. Last time it was stale, the crusts were soft and it was clearly from a different supplier. We didn’t even finish it. It seems some new management or consultants have been involved to cut costs but they have made terrible decisions. Never coming back. I would have previously given 4 stars

Warm buzzing atmosphere. Top notch service. Delicious food. Tables are well spaced. I really enjoyed my lunch here.
