Our stay at St. Martin’s Lane in SoHo, London was fabulous! We really wanted a place in the heart of the bars & restaurants and this was ideal! We had the garden room, though a little dark when it’s cloudy outside, the room was spacious and housekeeping staff did turn down service for us every night! It was nice to come back to a clean room after a full day of walking! SIMO took care of us and helped with everything. I asked for a hair straightener and he even sourced that! Would recommend their bar in the hotel as well. Overall great experience!

Ideal location, beautiful rooms and such great service from everyone (shout out Simo!) from door to reception to housekeeping. Bed is super comfy and the bathroom amenities are great - the lotion in particular is lovely! Free wifi is easy to access and reliable. The gym is great and well stocked with towels and the hotel even offers a complimentary laundry service just for your gym clothes. I wanted to be in the heart of the city to see shows and go to great restaurants and bars and this was ideally placed for all that.

First I want to acknowledge that the staff were all very professional, kind, and helpful. Great location in the center of London. Where this hotel falls short is in the decor. It feels dated and not very luxurious, the elevator was dirty and small. It made me wonder if its like the word chips and 5 stars means something different in the UK. I have stayed in Holiday Inn express that felt more lavish than this. I don’t think the price matches the amenities. I recommend if the look and decor do not matter to you, has mentioned before location is exceptional and so are the people.
