We stayed at St Martins Lane Hotel for five nights and had such a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Our Deluxe King Room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, facing The Coliseum theatre, which was a standard view (we didn’t stay here for the view to be fair). They were kind enough to fulfil our requests for an extra duvet and a hard pillow (which I always ask for at every hotel), and it made our stay even more comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable and felt luxurious. I also loved that they offer free laundry service for up to three gym items per day — such a thoughtful touch that you don’t often see in city hotels. The concierge team were fantastic too, always friendly and helpful (shoutout to the Visa, he was always so very friendly!). The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you’re in London for the theatre. We spent most nights seeing shows and could walk to almost all of them. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafes just around the corner. If I had to mention one small downside, it’s that the corridors are a bit too dark for my liking, but that’s a very minor detail compared to everything else. Overall, a truly great stay; comfortable, convenient, and full of warmth. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our one-day stay so much. We didn’t experience any issues and actually were surprised how seamless everything was. The room we got was spacious and exceptionally clean. The staff was helpful, special thanks to Vi. The food at the restaurant was also tasty of high quality. We will certainly return when visiting central London in the future. 10/10!

Ideal location, beautiful rooms and such great service from everyone (shout out Simo!) from door to reception to housekeeping. Bed is super comfy and the bathroom amenities are great - the lotion in particular is lovely! Free wifi is easy to access and reliable. The gym is great and well stocked with towels and the hotel even offers a complimentary laundry service just for your gym clothes. I wanted to be in the heart of the city to see shows and go to great restaurants and bars and this was ideally placed for all that.
