Simple French food at expensive English prices. But with fresh tastes and nice service you don't mind. I have to say coming at around £50/head for our 3 course meal does not sound too bad. The dishes all tastes authentic and freshly made but may be on the small side. Which is why I feel it could be better value. That said, service was very friend in a cosy atmosphere and you are not rushed. So all in all a nice meal out.

I will definitely return for a special occasion, as this was a fantastic choice! The food was lovely The only thing I noticed was that it was a bit too loud, but since it was a football day, it had more of a pub atmosphere rather than a restaurant vibe that day. Anyway, the team made my day special and it was a great experience

Côte Brasserie in Cardiff Bay offers a wonderful pre-theatre dining experience. The Confit Duck à l'Orange was a standout, served on a bed of braised red cabbage with a tangy bitter orange sauce and perfectly creamy gratin dauphinois potatoes. A delicious choice to fuel up before a night at the theatre!
