Food was delicious. Burgers were jucy flavoursome and full of meat and fresh ingredients. Onion rings and hasselbacls were amazing too. I would come back for the food. The service is pretty slow here from the waiters/waitresses. I had to get my own ketchup for instance and we waited a long time to get served.

The worst service i have experienced for a while, the staff are useless, the pretend to be busy to get out of serving people. Hot food left in the serving window for 15 minutes until I have to ask where my food and drink are. Then they make the drinks and collect the luke warm food. The fries are swimming in oil. It's just poor service and average food, it might have been nice hot but I wouldn't know. The incessant asking for tips either at the bar or when you pay on the card machine is a joke, nothing in this place warranted a tip. Not the food that's warm and swimming in oil or the pints I had to ask for after 15 minutes.

Beware, when you order ‘the feast’ do so when you are not expecting a feast. This was advertised as a plate to share. When I questioned the food and explained how underwhelming this was the manager just said that this is what’s expected, what do you want me to do. 6 wings, 10 fries, lettuce and a few chicken pieces £17!
