We recently dined at the restaurant in Hotel Collingwood and had a wonderful experience. We both opted for the pork with mashed potatoes, which was absolutely perfect — full of flavour, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. For dessert, we chose the sticky toffee pudding. I asked for custard instead of ice cream, and although the initial portion of custard was a little small, the very friendly and helpful waitress, Katja, promptly brought more without hesitation. Katja was excellent throughout the evening — she guided us through the menu, explained each dish clearly, and ultimately recommended the pork, which turned out to be the perfect choice. Service was fast, professional, and made us feel welcome and relaxed. A thoroughly enjoyable dining experience, and we will definitely be coming back again.

Incredible hotel that I would defiantly recommend. I stayed for a conference and I could not fault one thing. The room was great, lovely mattress and bedding. The food was excellent too and the staff went above and beyond, they were always so willing to help. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on top of things. Every need was met, the drinks were always flowing and the choice of food was exceptional, I could not rate this hotel any higher!

Hotel was nice inside, but very small double beds we had to change rooms as it was so nosie outside we didn't have breakfast was £30 extra. I wouldn't come here again just far too small rooms and beds . The spa was nice but small , the lift was super slow sounds like was breaking down . The location was perfect right near the beach .
