Had a fabulous meal at Côte this evening. Despite being busy, the staff were attentive, friendly, and service overall was excellent. Food was, as always with Côte, exceptional. The meal was on the pricier side of what we are willing to pay, but absolutely worth it for the quality of the food and service.

Because I love this restaurant, I visit it in any city I visit and find it there. I reserved a table before arriving at the restaurant, but I was surprised by a cold reception and bad treatment from Mr. Marek. He frowned and gave me sharp, strange looks that I'd never experienced before. Has my restaurant ever burdened me with my presence at a restaurant, and even for a fee? The restaurant refused to let me in because it was not clean. I told him I could wait until the tables were cleaned. He replied, "This is a big problem. Is eating at a restaurant a big problem?!" I found a clean, ready table and told him I had sat at it. Then he asked me if I had any allergies. I told him yes, as I have a medical report of a severe allergy to pork and its derivatives. He replied, "I don't ask about your opinions... and who even talked about beliefs...!!!!! He is a racist and rude person. I wonder how such people can work for a high-class employee like Cot..!!" I asked him not to talk to me and to bring another employee to complete my orders through him. The employee, Bethany, came with the utmost elegance in dealing with me, as is usual at Cot International Restaurants. She brought me the salad dressing, but it didn't end as written in the attachment. I informed her, and she in turn informed the branch manager, Mr. Martin, who apologized and informed me that he would remove it from Cot Restaurants with all elegance. The department responsible for managing the restaurant will transfer this employee from this branch, as I vary it on a weekly basis. If he is present, I will cancel this idea and visit this branch on a work basis.

Great attentive staff and great food. Would definitely recommend. Love the fact they take blue light card too and offer a good discount.
