    Oh dear! My partner and myself went for breakfast this morning (Sunday 16th). Booked for 10.40. When we arrived hungry were told there was no bacon... We struggled to find a table that had been cleared?! When we went to get our food folk were waiting for sausages. A lady said the ones that were there were barely warm. When a fe did arrive they were swimming in oil. The food looked very limited. No black pudding, the beans and tomatoes we in far too much sauce/juice hash browns soggy. One of the staff was stood there making paper serviettes look pretty whilst customers waited for food?! My partner who never complains said the coffee was stewed. No pepper on our table or lemon available for my drink. Our experience at best - WOEFUL! This was such a shock as I had breakfast there with a friend for the first time a few weeks before. It was fabulous (and I told the manager this and I raved about it to my partner and friend). I couldn't wait to return... However today, I was embarrassed..(egg on my face)! Carveries have also been very good indeed. Come on Toby. I will give you the benefit of the doubt this time. You clearly had a bad morning but someone could have gone to Tesco/wherever nearby to purchase bacon. Bottom line; You need to do soooo much better. There's nothing wrong with your customers hard earned cash. If this becomes a regular occurrence it won't be good for your reputation.

    Not familiar with Toby Carvery but I had a lovely first time visit! The carvery portions are hefty, if your hungry this is the place and the meat is good quality with unlimited trimmings. My server was Sam and she was a treat to have been served by, Great time all round and I will be back soon!

    After ordering from just Eats app and not being able to go to restaurant placed order when delivery came checked order and there was missing items rang restaurant up to put on hold then cut off to ring back up again be told to reorder missing items and get refund back from the just eats app which I found misleading as you have to pay for delivery twice then the restaurant said they would put extra in the order which they did Not happy spending over £84.68 waiting for £8.00 to be refunded leaving a bill to pay £76.68 For x4 Sunday dinners would have been cheaper if I went in the restaurant or restaurant got the order correct at the time of ordering remember to check orders as this has been a very expensive experience and incompetence of the kitchen staff I thought when ordering Sunday dinners you get a Yorkshire pudding with every dinner you order but they decided to only put two Yorkshire pudding in the bag not 4 which should of been very disappointing but thanks to Paige the manager for giving me the extras and the missing items back which could have been avoided.
