On arrival a male host/manager seemed like he would rather be anywhere but there. He looked even more miserable showing us to our table. Carvery was cold and the fudge cake tasted like melted plastic. But our server Melissa was a diamond she was very friendly and accommodating.

We regularly eat here on a Tuesday evening (which we now call Toby Tuesday). The staff are very friendly and helpful. Beckie has served us on many occasions and she always looks after us with a smile. We always have a carvery which is delicious. The chefs are very friendly and do a great job. Also the vegetables vary quite regularly which is brilliant. Would definitely recommend the carvery.

Food was great , service was only brilliant by the young girl working think her name was jasmine. Poor girl was worked off her feet. We asked the lady with the red hair with black glasses for the bill in the end jasmine sorted it because the other lady totally ignored us for a long time. Our baby was sick and jasmine stepped in alongside the shift supervisor I guess too help. Waitress is an absolute credit too the place the other one with red hair was complaining how she had too come off the bar too help but you can literally tell it was very busy.
