Toby Carvery - Sheldon

Went in as part of a large Birthday party. We was quite late getting there, but they still managed to accommodate us. The lady who served us (Nova) was amazing. Super friendly and super helpful. She's an absolute asset to Toby Carvery. The fella serving at the counter was great too. Asking all of us what we would like. Again very helpful and polite. The carvery food was nice with plenty of choice. Prices are good too. You can find cash back deals and money off meals online that make eating here a bargain. Finally I want to mention that even though it was late in the evening, the pub in general and the tables we ate at were clean and tidy. If you've not visited in a while, definitely give it another go.

Went in on Thursday 3rd July get some food to take away and some drinks beforehand. There was a problem tho when the food I ordered got stolen from where it was stored and as it was late they could not replace so rather that going though the refund process it was agreed I come back tomorrow which I did. But I can’t knock any of the staff as they were amazing. The bar staff were brilliant and sociable with quality cold been but the chef Joey Hall I want to highlight and thank especially he spoke very professional and had excellent customer service skills and was very apologetic even tho it was not his or any of the staffs fault and arranged for me to pick up the food the next day and he either put a very generous portion for me or their portions are just very big and the food was great. These are the qualities I like to see and will make me want to comeback and spend more. Clearly the manager picks their staff very well.

This is mine & my mum's first time at Tobey Carvery & this is the best carvery I have ever been to in my life. We love the people, the meal & the atmosphere including this staff member, Demi. I love to come back here again as the part of my birthday treat.
