Came with a group from a care home today and they all had carvery with they all said was nice.........I ordered a gammon & Mustard Yorkie wrap, it was not nice, in fact I asked if it was done in a pan as loads of grease dripping from it, but they said it was done in an oven, and the mustard was very overpowering. I did eat it as I didn't have time for a replacement to be done due to the residents nearly finished. I will not order one again. The staff were great with the group and so polite. For the carvery I would recommend but the wrap was a disaster. Having spoken to the manager, he is aware they can come out greasy and he politely refunded the meal, even though I didn't expect it as I'd eaten it Very polite and professional

A nice venue with plenty of tables. Service was very good, and the carvery had several meat options, giant Yorkshire puddings, loads of vegetables, and gravy. Vegetarian options were clearly labelled. Lots of free parking at the back, but make sure you log your reg.

Came for breakfast. And let's be honest, you can't really go wrong with a Toby breakfast. It might be mass produced but it's tasty and filling. However, when we visited three members of staff were all together moving chairs and tables, I assume for a booking. But no one was at the front to welcome us. It was a, 'how many people does it take to screw in a lightbulb moment'. After a few minutes of us just staring at the three of them, one lady told us to go to the bar and wait there... I am sure they could have told us this as we walked in. A few more minutes waiting at the bar to take our order. Just seemed a little all over the place and hopefully a one off
