Known for their chic interiors and cosy atmosphere, Pitcher & Piano has been serving Brunch, cocktails and more to the UK in style since 1996. The Birmingham branch is their flagship site and it’s easy to see why- the stylish interiors and the enviable location in Brindleyplace are hard to beat.

A staple on the Birmingham food and drink scene, Pitcher & Piano occupies a beautiful industrial building on the canal running through Birmingham City Centre, known as ‘the cut’ by locals. In good weather, you can enjoy a meal on the waterside. But not to worry if you need to retreat inside- spread over two floors, Pitcher & Piano is a large and atmospheric restaurant and bar.

Start the day properly with the P&P Brunch, with options from the classic avocado on sourdough,  to a full English Breakfast, there are plenty of delicious choices.

Why not celebrate the weekend with a Bottomless Brunch? Choose any Brunch dish end enjoy bottomless Prosecco, Bellinis, Mimosas, Aperol Spritz or pints of Amstel.

Pitcher & Piano is conveniently located as it is a ten-minute walk from New Street Station and just off Broad Street. Brindleyplace is situated next to the Barclaycard Arena, International Convention Centre, Ikon Gallery and The Cresent Theatre amongst other attractions.

Nice place to sit and have a drink outside in the sun. I didn't have anything off the food menu so can't comment on that, but enjoyed a couple of beers overlooking the canal. Service was great. Drinks prices a little high, but expected with the location.

The breading on the underside of the fish was soggy and falling off onto the chips. It made it more difficult to eat as a result. It was otherwise tasty. It may have been because the fish was served on top of the chips. The curry was mildly spiced and a good combination of flavors. It was excessively noisy making conversation difficult. Perhaps some a noise absorbing panels would help.

Lovely meal at the Pitcher and Piano, excellent quality and value for money. Excellent service by Zee, who was friendly, polite and very attentive! Will definitely come back.
