Wonderful Dinner at Koi Ki My wife and I had a fantastic dinner at Koi Ki. We started with the chili squid, soft-shell crab, and rock shrimp – all perfectly cooked and full of flavor. For mains, we enjoyed the chicken ramen and gyoza, which were delicious and satisfying. The service was exceptional – professional, friendly, and attentive. Overall, a great dining experience that we highly recommend!

Koi Ki is mine and the girls go to restaurant! I have visited Koi Ki many times over the last year and I'm never disappointed. The food talks for itself however the staff and the atmosphere always make the experience worth returning for. Highly recommended, great for instagram pictures aswell!

As a lover of Asian cuisine, I was excited to visit Koi Ki in Harborne after seeing reviews on social media. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I felt misled by the hype… I went there for a girls’ night, expecting an enjoyable evening, but it turned into a frustrating ordeal. We had to wait over 50 minutes for our mains, which is unacceptable - especially given the restaurant wasn’t busy. The atmosphere was cold, both literally and figuratively. The heating seemed non-existent, and we were left shivering throughout the meal. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude and uncooperative. One particular lady behind the bar even brought up the business’s problems, such as being understaffed, making it our problem rather than addressing the issues we faced. I would never recommend Koi Ki to anyone looking for authentic, enjoyable Asian food or a pleasant dining experience. The service, ambiance, and overall management need serious improvement. £70 for 2 people with this experience is crazy…. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere!!!!!
