It was great location and convenient to get to the theatre and city centre. The staff were lovely and efficient, even gave us a free drink for our birthday celebrations. Only issue was value for money, we had credit and a deal so it worked out as around £150 but the standard price was around £300. Hard to quantify, but it felt like a premium hotel but maybe not that premium.

Stayed here for couple of nights for business purposes. Overall, hotel is nice , great location not far from Birmingham new street. Gives you a bougie vibe. But i found earwax on the bottom part of the duvet. Which I assume the cleaners did not even bother to change. And the corridors smell of damp and vomit. Didn’t like the breakfast could have been better if we were given a bit more of variety would happily spend extra four pounds. Shower was good and powerful. Room had everything i needed. Its just the cleanliness they need to work on otherwise this review would have been 5 stars.

A fantastic place to stay when visiting Birmingham. Very friendly, helpful staff, large spacious and quiet rooms, and a lovely bar and brasserie too. I really appreciated the special little touches for my birthday too. Thank you for a great stay!
