I had the distinct pleasure of hosting a business lunch at Alchemist Victoria, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of superb. My colleagues and I were thoroughly impressed—not only by the quality of the food and drink, which were simply exquisite—but also by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. A special word of thanks to the culinary team for their outstanding work, and to the attentive waitress (whose name, regrettably, escapes me). Most notably, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the General Manager, Magda, whose gracious hospitality and personal touch elevated the entire occasion. She made us feel genuinely valued, which is a rare and much-appreciated quality. We shall most certainly be returning. Highly recommended for both business and leisure alike.

Having been twice to Manchester to their restaurants and was impressed with the food and the cocktails, wanted to celebrate my birthday with my family at their restaurant in London Victoria. The food was good but the service was very slow! Although the place wasn’t buzzing as it was on a Sunday at lunchtime. Had a welcome discount of 25% and even with this the bill came to £160ish. Maybe I had higher expectations but it just didn’t do it for me.

The Alchemist is truly a unique concept with not many, if any competitors in the field of mixing chemistry with alcoholic beverages. The presentation of each of the drinks was immaculate and the place itself gave off very calm and magical vibes. If there is something worth noting, it is the time it takes for drinks to be brought to your table. Now I’m not sure what it takes behind the scenes to make the drinks, but for some of the drinks it did feel like we were waiting unreasonably long, whilst others came in slightly faster. Nothing that ruined the evening, however, and I definitely recommend going here!
