4.04 months agoVIBES ON VIBES ON VIBES. The food is delicious, the views are incredible and the music is fire. The bar service is a bit slow but they do try to make up for it. The Frutta Piccante is a must try if spicy drinks is your thing. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

1.04 months agoAtmosphere and DJ were awesome. The service, however, was terrible. It took over 30 minutes standing at the front of the bar to be helped. They charged us $30 extra for the cocktail towers (ordered 2 at two different times in the night) and didn't tell us. When I went back to ask they offered us tequila shots (nice of them) but were being shady and absolutely refused to tell us why or how it happened. My guess is they had done it a lot that night and wanted to placate us instead of just saying "yeah we're upcharging and not telling anyone". Then, it started raining so everyone was kicked out early (totally fair). But once in the lobby waiting for Ubers and such, the bouncer yelled that it was somehow the patrons' fault for not leaving early (before getting kicked out) and that we should have been watching the sky more. Overall, super super weird and unpleasant experience. Pizza was pretty good though.

3.0a year agoVery solid pizza by Professor Pizza, but the service, at least at the bar, was atrocious. The servers at the bar basically weren’t paying any attention to customers unless called on for their attention. It felt like they had an aversion to filling up our water glasses. The rooftop area is nice, and if I found myself here after work or something with coworkers I wouldn’t be mad about it, especially since the pizza is so great. For food, we got some NY style white slices, NY style pepperoni, and a grandma style deluxe pepperoni. All was delicoius! The NY style had a great dough/cheese/sauce ratio, and the topping flavors were robust and flavorful. The grandma style, at least for deluxe pepperoni, was very filling and heavy, so keep that in mind! The pizza here definitely is in the top ranks of Chicago, but I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to the West Loop if you’re not nearby. There are other great options across the city, with a handful being superior in my opinion. I’ll probably never go back for dine-in, but I totally recommend ordering pickup for pizza!
