    Had drinks and dinner for an informal catch up with friends after work. Burger was better than expected and chocolate and coconut torte was good too. Nice venue and great service.

    Had my wedding here and stayed overnight. Jennifer and the team made our day a dream come true. Food was gorgeous, they decorated it beautifully, took care of us and our room was stunning. Thanks to everyone who took care of us this weekend

    Very poor experience all round - would never go again. Dirty, disorganised, rude management and average food. Such a shame because our servers were so lovely! They did everything to make us feel welcome but sadly, organisation and management made our hen trip a nightmare. In the lead up every time I emailed/called there was confusion and never a clear answer. Its obvious that no one is employed to oversee things and it felt like random people were just picking up the phone. We were told we needed to confirm our orders well in advance but we were only sent the menu less than a week before the event after countless emails. We left off decorations to set up for the hen and were greeted by a male staff member that was so rude that we had a genuine discussion among our party of if we should cancel and look elsewhere but decided against it. We then went to a lovely female staff member who was very helpful and pleasant who reassured us. We showed up on time to the venue and none of our decorations were up. This was extremely disappointing as we spent a lot of money on them and felt this was wasted. They set up the decor quickly while we sat at the table but this felt pointless as the bride was already there, seeing all this. We were offered a free mocktail/soft drink to compensate which was very kind by a very apologetic serving staff which was definitely much appreciated but we feel so upset that our bride never saw her beautiful decor. We also were on 2 different tables so far apart that our party never felt we got to really talk to eachother. The food was average and cold and the drinks were so expensive, I paid £6.40 for a large club orange. The venue was dirty and only one toilet had a working lock out of the 7 available cubicles. Our feet were sticking to the floor in the hall they were so grubby. So disappointed because this was such a special occasion.
