We had another wonderful visit! The atmosphere was just perfect, and the food was exceptional – the halloumi chips were spot on, just the right amount of warmth, and my gammon was massive and cooked perfectly. Our server Emmanuel was fantastic, as always. I was a bit disappointed not to see the festive burger, but what we had instead was really good. Overall, it’s always a pleasure to dine here!

The room was clean, organised, and overall fine, but the experience during the night was really disappointing. My fiancé and I stayed at the hotel on New Year's Eve. At around 2 a.m., a group of young people started shouting, slamming doors, and causing a lot of noise in the hallway. This went on for almost two hours. At one point, a staff member came to speak to them, but instead of sorting things out quickly, the situation just got noisier with all the talking and banging. We tried calling the reception several times—both the regular number and the emergency one—but no one ever picked up. It felt like there was no support at all during the night. It’s a shame because the room itself was good, but this experience really ruined our stay.

I heard very bad things about this hotel. On New Year's Eve, there was a lot of chaos in the early hours of the morning and no one at reception answered their cell phones. My brother-in-law Richard passed on the contact details to reception - as requested by them - and they did not get back to me to make up for their mistakes.
